AUBREY WHITTIER WARFORD, 72, was born Aug. 10,
1908 in Desdemona, TX. Mr. Warford died Dec 2, 1980 in
Ranger, TX, with burial in the Alameda Cemetery near
Ranger. He was school principal at Ranger from 1945
to 1946 and served on the Ranger High School & Ranger
Jr. College school boards. Mr. Warford owned Prompt
Printing in Ranger.
A.W. Warford married Opal Jo Fuller in May of 1935. She
died on Oct. 19, 1991 and also buried in the Alameda
Cemetery. A.W. & Opal Jo Warford were parents of a
son, Tommy Gene Warford (RHS-1959), now an attorney
at Eastland, TX & a daughter Linda Kay Warford (RHS-
1963).
