RICHARD KELLY, 66, was in the Ranger High
School Class of 1947 at Ranger, TX and died on
Nov. 2, 1996 in Birmingham, AL.
He was born on Aug. 29, 1930, the son of Mable
Baker & James J. Kelly of Ranger. His brother,
James Bennet "Jimmy" Kelly, was in the RHS Class
of 1945. Their father was Ranger Mayor (1943-1947)
and owned/managed the Ranger Auto Parts, & later
with Gaston Dixon (RHS-1927) as a partner.
