PAUL MACDONALD, 67, was born on Sept. 14,
1930 and died on Nov. 24, 1997, in Dallas, TX where
he lived and was a medical doctor.
His father was the owner/manager of the Prompt
Printing Shop. Paul was in the Ranger High School
Class of 1946 at Ranger, TX, with burial was in
Forestburg, TX. He was director of the Cecil H.
and Ida Green Center for Reproductive Biology
Sciences at UT Southwestern Medical Center at
Dallas. He was inducted into the American Academy
of Arts and Sciences which elects to its ranks
members who have made significant contributions
to science, education, public affairs and the
arts. Dr. Mac Donald was known for his estrogen
research in men and women. His medical specialty
was OB/GYN at the University of Texas Southwestern
Medical Center at Dallas.
