ONETA MAE LEE DELANEY, 87, died on
July 6, 1992, with burial in the Montgomery
New Cemetery at Montgomery, TX.
She was born on Feb. 22, 1905 in Oklahoma to
Robert & Ocie Dolan Lee. Oneta attended Ranger
High School in the Class of 1924 at Ranger,
TX and became a teacher living in Ranger with
the family of RHS Principal William Jarvis. She
married H.B. Swayzee and later her married name
was Delaney. Her siblings were Iola Lee (RHS-
1926) & Mahota Lee Douglas (RHS-1929).
